We deliver to all postal addresses and accept international orders. Our customers are requested to kindly provide the detailed address along with the pin code or the zip code of the location. Our courier agents are given the responsibility to take the sign confirmations from the customers.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER/SHIPMENT?

An email regarding the shipment of the order will be sent to you after you have placed the order. The email contains the tracking details including the tracking number and the link. You can also check the same on the order status page by logging in to your account on our website. It may take a few hours to activate the tracking number or show the tracking details.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Once the order has been shipped, you cannot alter the delivery address. However, you can request for the alteration within 24 hours of placing the order. You can use our mail ID orders@archerslounge.com to request the same.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?

Please make a note that the delivery address is correct. In case of any incorrect details, the product will not be able to reach you. We will not be responsible for this. In the case of reshipping the same order, customers may have to bear the extra shipping charges.

 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

As soon as the order is placed, you will receive an email and a message on your contact number from our end. The message will contain the estimated time needed to deliver your item.

Depending on the item's availability, the distance, and a few other circumstances, the items will be dispatched, and since we take orders for heavy clothing garments, the delivery timeline will be slightly delayed.

If you place an order of two or more products together, we can choose to deliver them separately or all together.

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA TAXES APPLIED TO MY ORDER? (VAT AND CUSTOM DUTIES)

The customers are entirely responsible for any kind of VAT or Custom duty fees levied by the country. We don’t have control over this kind of charge.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AND BILLING ADDRESS?

The address where the customer receives the bill is known as the billing address. The address at which the customer receives the shipment is termed the shipping address. Besides this, you can pick a specific delivery date for the delivery to bestow a surprise upon your special one. We provide gift wrapping on special requests as well.

 CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

After the payment is done, we begin our delivery process. It hardly takes a couple of days to take the item to your doorstep. We ensure that the order is delivered to you safely within the promised timeline of delivering the product.

If you want to cancel the order due to any reason, you may do so by calling us or mailing us within 24 hours of placing the order. Before shipping, the amount will be refunded to the same source within a time period of 7-10 working days
